St. Raphael Confirmation Preparation
In the Diocese of Duluth students are generally confirmed in the spring of their junior year or fall of the senior year. At St. Raphael students prepare for three years and are confirmed in spring of 11th grade.
Our program is designed to teach children the Catholic faith and help them build a closer relationship with Jesus. We also want them to learn how to find authentic information for themselves when they have questions, develop a heart for service and have some experience of the universal Catholic church, that beyond the walls of our particular parish. To this end there are several requirements.
Confirmation Guide this document outlines the Confirmation Program we have developed to help your children be better prepared to receive the Holy Spirit in Confirmation. It also contains suggestions for finding authentic Catholic teaching for the educational experiences and a variety of fully Catholic experiences outside the parish of St. Raphael.
Student Checklist this one-page document where provides an easy review for the student of what is accomplished and what needs to be done.
